Shipping Policies

Current processing time on all orders (with the exception of custom orders) is 2-3 business days.

Items will be shipped vis USPS (first class or first class international). 

All shipping rates are determined using USPS rates for size and weight. Please allow 24+ hours for up to date tracking information.

Bee Company Creatives is not responsible for postal service delays due to Covid-19.

Bee Co. Creatives is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transportation by USPS, or for incorrect address given during checkout. A file must be claimed through USPS prior to contacting Bee Co. about your order.

We do ensure safe and secure packing for all products shipped by Bee Co. Creatives. However, if damage occurs please email us at beecompanycreatives@gmail.com with your order number and pictures of broken product for us to determine if product may be replaced.
